Secret #15. I would go super hetero for the honorable Judge Marilyn Milian from The People's Court. That's right. If this fiery latino cougar walked up to my door in North Hollywood, and proposed that I come live with her and be her kept man, I would dump Paul in a heartbeat. I know that sounds horrible, but how can any man resist this lady? She will keep your ass in check, read you to filth when you are fucking up, she's working that bangin' hair and those awesome hoops, and she's rich. I know I'm not the only one who has gay love for Miz Milian. Come on homos, fess up. Don't gimme any of this Wonder Woman bullshit, either.

Keith Olbermann rules my world. His most recent special comment about George W. Bush giving-up golf is simply awesome. (Video, 12 minutes, work-safe. It's a bit longish, but it's amazing. The transcript is here if you'd rather read it.)

OK, I need to make a clarification. I'd recently posted and Twitter'd that IMDB.com doesn't have any spoiler warnings. (For some reason I thought I'd seen a statement that said quite literally that spoilers should be included and no warning provided.) Well I guess I mis-remembered things a bit. I had, in fact, seen that statement, but not on IMDB.com; rather I saw it on Wikipedia. D'oh!
There I saw wording even stronger than I had remembered:
It is not acceptable to delete information from an article because you think it spoils the plot. Such concerns must not interfere with neutral point of view, encyclopedic tone, completeness, or any other element of article quality.
I don't like that idea, but I guess there's not much I can do. I just wish there were at least warnings. I suppose users could always add spoiler alerts if they wanted to be courteous.
So yeah, IMDB officially doestell users to avoid spoilers when submitting content. (Though, it looks like it's not policed.)
In any case, the plot keyword spoiler I thought I saw? Looks like it's a hoax anyways... maybe even a foiler. Clever.
Sorry for the mix-up.
(And yes I recognize the infinitesimal significance of this whole topic, however I do believe in setting the record straight.)
San Diegans (and Californians, for that matter...)
Elections are coming-up on June 3, 2008. This particular ballot includes some very important races for us, including Mayor, City Attorney, Congress, State Senate, State Assembly and Superior Court Judges, several propositions, and more.
If you're not registered, act fast! The deadline to be registered for this election is TOMORROW, May 19. If you are in possession of a registration form, you can mail it... just make sure it's postmarked by May 19. If you don't have a form, you can register in-person at the Registrar of Voters office, or several other locations. Call (858) 565-5800 for details.
Did you know anyone in San Diego can totally vote by mail now? So you don't even have to go to the polls on June 3... very convenient. Refer to the San Diego Voters website for more info: http://www.sdvote.com
You should register to vote, even if you're a new resident in California. There's no waiting period or minimum time of residence. You can register now.
It's worth noting that current San Diego Mayor Jerry Sanders, and current City Attorney Michael Aguirre are both running for re-election, and both recently praised the California Supreme Court's ruling to legalize gay marriage. (Then again, there are other factors to consider, too, so it's good to get educated.)
