IBR is here. And what a shitty start.
A few months ago Harry Lit approached Kuma to do a IBR opening party, in addition to throwing our usual Kandy party. We were a bit leary about it with all the stuff we had to do for Sugar Krash, and with it being a thursday as well as a holiday. We also didn't know that there was a million OTHER opening night parties.
When did IBR become a social calender American Gladiators? Everyone being pulled in a million different directions.
So basically it was up to ![[info]](http://p-stat.livejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif) telecommunicate and me to throw this V-day party.
We had a ZILLION decorations, give aways, prizes, 4 DJ's, a BUFFET of food made by VikingChef, Gay.com photographer, and a drink sponsor, JetSet.
Abysmal turnout doesn't even begin to cover it.
24 people through out the entire night.
1/2 of those were on the guestlist.
I DJed to THE BARTENDER.
None of us understand what happened.
We had funkybear martin (who tore it up anyways for all 4 people there).
We flyered the SHIT out of this party.
I'm just disappointed because it was a lot of hard work for nothing.
Tonight should be a completely different story though. EVERYONE is talking about SuganKRASH and plus, TIFFANY will be performing. If the bears skip this party then they are missing out on a CRAZY good time.
Rumor has it I will be wearing a candynecklace-POSING STRAP. Whatever that means.
I REALLY hope to see everyone there tonight, spread the word.
